This is the first time Ive felt compelled enough to write a review: this game is awesome!
BigFishGames can be really hit-or-miss, IMHO, and this one is dead-on. Atmosphere is stellar, story is great, and the puzzles are fresh and unique for a hidden-object game.
One note to BigFish --- putting only ONE SCREENSHOT of the game is insane - I never would have taken a chance at the original $5 price (though now that Ive played it, its totally worth it for $5). Show more pics of the game and I bet youll sell more copies!
One of the best games on iTunes!! I couldnt put my iPhone down once I started. Hope to see a second one soon.
Very, very polished. Impresive for an iPhone game. Good difficulty level but fun. Beats most desktop games of this kind. Impresive.
Update: I agree with other comments come on Big Fish!! Is a beautiful game put more screenshots on the app store.

I bought this during the 99c sale, and found it to be an excellent bargain.
I loved the art and progression thru the story, and the puzzles were for the most part interesting and logically fit with the story. there were a couple head scratchers, where I just didnt see the point, but the ability to skip them was a happy addition.
pricewise, I dont think I would have paid 4.99, as its a little short (roughly 3 hours of gameplay), but it certainly would have been worth a couple of dollars more. a longer story would have changed this.
I am looking forward to new installments in the series!
Was good and interesting and easy to do in short stints without forgetting.

I bought this on iTunes then when I went to install found out it was for the iPhone only. Why sell it if I cant use it?

I am on first puzzle...making the concoction, and it just crashes. Biggest waste of $5 Ive ever seen. I expect more from Big Fish Games! Fix it!
Keeps crashing before I even get a chance to play. Ive even deleted and re-installed several times, and it still keeps doing it. I feel like I flushed $5 down the toilet. Please fix the bug or reimburse my money.

Ive played this game several times on my iPod touch and love it. I would have given it 5 stars BUT I just updated my iPod (iOS4?I think) and now it crashes every time you try to open the game.DO NOT BUY until they fix this. It would be a total waste of money.
This game keeps crashing. I was at the crossword puzzle and now the app wont open to main menu so that I can continue my game. What a disappointment because it is such a great game. Im surprised with Big Fish because I thought they were a very good company........very disappointed with them! I strongly suggest not buying this app until they fix it properly. Only then will I give it a better rating :(
