The concept is great, but the game Does not respond to touch often. There is helpful hints for puzzles if u get stuck. Please workout the bugs! Bought it on for os 4

The idea is solid, but after paying $2 for the game (on sale) I was really disappointed to finish the game after only casually playing it for 2 days. Also, what needs to be done to solve a puzzle is not always readily apparent. There were a couple times where I resorted to randomly tapping the board until something popped up. All in all, not worth the money, even on sale.

Good graphics, voice overs, fun storyline, some puzzles that are a little too easy, others that are a bit frustrating! All in all I think youll be well pleased with giving Nick Chase a try. The LITE version offered also on iTunes apps doesnt really display how lengthy this game can go, and ought to have you occupied for awhile. Earlier comments show people being frustrated by technical issues (which have presumably been solved by a separate iPad edition). Others seem frustrated by it being too hard. There were a couple of levels that the explanations did not totally elucidate how one completes missions (in terms of game controls - Im thinking specifically of the level in the junkyard when it does not tell you you can only move from bush to bush while the searchlights try to find you), but youll be maddeningly tapping away on your iPhone screen over and over again with this. Looking forward to the next in the Nick Chase series if the makers are up for it! The end of the game certainly sets it up for it.

I LOVED this game. It was very entertaining and kept me busy for a full four hours strait! I am begging you to make a sequel like the one you are working on for the puppet master app. It was wonder filled and I loved the voice overs! Another thing I liked was that it was realistic; you had to drive a car to get there, you had to pass the time by doing a crossword puzzle and many more. Once again I beg you to do a sequel!

Very short and you have to just tap the screen trying to guess at things. Premise is good, but needs some work to make it worth the money spent.

every time i buy a app (mostly game apps) i reead reviews since majority say its ok i decided to but never played yet but this will be my 5th big fish bowl game i love big fish bowl games im not to worryed about it freezeing cuz when people say it happens and actually still play it never freeze like pirate mysteries ne ways hope its fun

A lot of the puzzles I had to skip bc I just couldnt figure out the object of the games (or am I just impatient?). Took a lot of the fun out of it. Instructions would be helpful. Still a big fan of the Fish, tho.

Definitely needs a little more guidance as to how to actually play the game. An whats the point of the hints bullet gimmick if its always unavailable? Otherwise, very enjoyable! Actor used to play Chases voice was perfect!

Dont bother. Worst one ever.

Tons of variety and cartoon comic book graphics. Voiceovers really add to it! One of the fishs better games, just found it short.

Beautiful, really beautiful graphic, well balanced game play - not too easy not too hard. Absolutely worth playing. Developers, thanks a bunch.

This would be one of the coolest games if it didnt freeze so much!!!! Ive had to delete and reinstall it twice already!! And of course you have to start over every time. FIX THE BUGS!!!!!

This game is great, though I had a couple of small glitches, but I restarted and it was fine. My only other complaint is that it was so short! Looking forward to a sequel. :-)

Good time waster and some challenging puzzles but overall pretty boring and poorly written.

Had to restart several times. Gets real old!

I enjoy all the Big Fish games. I think some are lacking better instructions on the mini puzzles. Ex: Nick Chase- the last puzzle doesnt tell you how to do just say to match like numbers. I matched all in various order and nothing. I had to skip several in that game just to get to the end. Love the Haunted Manor! Keep up the good work :)

I am having the same problem as jojothio. It crashes at the lab. In the past, i was able to get by this. Now i cant. Very annoying. I think it needs another update because I purchased this in March and i cant get passed this spot.
